We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our residential and commercial construction projects in the Jamul-Bhilai region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor construction site safety and enforce safety regulations
- Review and approve project designs and blueprints
- Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluent in Hindi and English
